		Laser Cutting The Whitney PlateLaser II is capable of cutting up to 1 ¼” thick carbon or stainless steel and up to ½” thick aluminum. With a 10’ X 40’ cutting envelope, Copelands’ PlateLaser can produce very large piece parts.




		Burning In addition to laser cutting, our burning services include plasma and fuel gas options.




		Combination Burning and Punching Whitney Panelmaster burns and punches in a single operation enabling us to blank parts as well as perform additional operations on existing parts.




		Shearing Cincinnati CNC Hydraulic Shear with front and rear gauging.




		Bending 230T Cincinnati Hydraulic Press Brake.




		Plate Rolling Davi CNC Plate Roll can roll parts up to 10’ - 2” long x ¾” thick in carbon steel or 82” long x .31 thick in AR400 material.




		Punching Geka Hydracrop 55A 60T Ironworker 1.5" in 3/8" 60 Ton Punching Power Unitized tooling set-ups available for some applications.




		Section Rolling Roundo Section Roll accommodates rolling of pipe, tube, angles and channels. Tubing shown here is 8” x 2” x ¼” wall.




		Sawing Horizontal and vertical tilt-frame Hyd-Mech band saws are CNC machines with shuttle and mitre capabilities.




		Machining Dainichi CNC Turning Center and Okuma-Howa CNC Vertical Milling Centers are supplemented with other mills, drill presses, and lathes.




		Welding MIG, TIG, and Stick welding of carbon, stainless, and aluminum. Our welders are very good at using your design for assembling and prototyping. Smaller quantity production runs are welcome.
